Company History

The firm was formed because of the demand of professional services required for the specialized field in the Roofing and Waterproofing Industry. The demand was very clear for proper specifications, detailing, and deciphering through the vast array of guarantees. Services were also requested to verify contractor compliance to specifications and project requirements. Thus, the firm was formed in July, 1989. Currently, the firm has forty-three (43) combined years of experience in the Roofing and Waterproofing Industry. Mr. Bonk has been actively involved in the Roofing and Waterproofing Industry since 1977.

Project Approach

A team approach is given to each project, from experience obtained from field supervision, project management, design, and specifications. Our design and specifications clearly direct all parties appropriately, eliminating all guesswork and inflated pricing. On-site in progress inspections validate contractor compliance.

Professional Fees

Fees for our services are project based and tailored for services rendered. We will meet with each project owner, designer or director to discuss the needs of our services and how we can help you. Following our discussion a complete agreement will be developed that will clearly depict our services and associated fees.

Insurance certificates are sent to each Client detailing the following protection:
