Our services are extensive and include various meetings starting with the design team and builder to reviewing the builder’s contractor list. The qualified builder and subcontractors are the key to obtaining a well-built project whether starting from the foundation or the addition to the existing structure. The design team is responsible for the design, specifications, code compliance and approval of all components and we provide assurance that the components are installed to meet the approved design.
Our Owner Agent Services interface with the building team during the construction process onsite and update the Owner on the progress in written format. On-site meetings are conducted on a weekly basis and are crucial for obtaining quality workmanship at all levels of the construction process.

Scott Bonk has been actively involved in the building industry since 1977 and formed Scott D. Bonk and Associates in 1989. Jeffrey S. Bonk has provided services to the firm since 2001 and brings a wealth of knowledge and organizational skills to all of our clients. Scott and Jeffrey apply their experience to everyday tasks and have extended their knowledge and services to numerous clients throughout the United States and Nassau, Bahamas.
