Project Management
Contract Administration
Contract Administration information is tailored specifically to each project and consists of the following services:
- Conducting a pre-bid meeting with qualified contractors
- Drafting contracts between the owner and the contractor
- Conducting a pre-job meeting with the owner and contractor
- Review of shop drawings / submittals
- Review payment requests prior to releasing payment
- Delivering all project close-out documents
Site Inspections
On-site inspections are required to validate contractor compliance to the Project Manual and Detail Drawings. All site inspections are documented in report form and accompanied by digital photography of typical and specific conditions as required. The site inspections include the following:
- Field Inspections during the course of the project in progress
- Inspections documented in report form
- Digital Photography from commencement of the project to completion
- Punch List inspection
- Final Inspection
